1. -What types of products do you offer?

Burnt Sugar Tees makes baking themed tees that express to others your passion for creativity in the baking world. Our designs combine comfort and style and sharing what you're passionate about.

2. What is your return policy?

While we don't generally accept returns, we have a 30 day return OR replacement policy for damaged or missing items(refer to https://www.burntsugar.store/policies/refund-policy.) To be eligible for a refund, OR replacement, items must be unworn, unused, with their original packing and tags. If you wish to initiate a refund, OR, replacement, contact us at support@burntsugar.com

3. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. The most efficient way to obtain a different item is to contact us at support@burntsugar.store so we can arrange a new order.

4. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at support@burntsugar.store. W will evaluate the issue ad work to resolve it promptly. we always respond to every email, so if you do not see a response, please check your spam and promotions folder.

5. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times may vary based  your location, and time/date of order. Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 days of placing the order, and delivery  can take an additional 3-7 business days. Shipping to Alaska, and Hawaii, may take an additional 7-12 business days.

6. Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the U.S.A. Please keep a watch as we hope to open to international customers in the future.

7. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled if requested before 11:59 pm PDT on day of order, when we send all orders to be printed. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as s possible.at support@burntsugar.store

8. How can I care for my baking themed apparel?

To maintain the quality of your t-shirts, we recommend you use a mild detergent. Avoid using fabric softeners, as they can damage the fabric. Washing and drying your tees inside out (This is crucial!!!) in cold water (max 30* C or 90*F) using a gentle or delicate cycle. and tumble drying on low heat, or better yet hang dry for longest life. Avoid using bleach and ironing on the printed designs to preserve their integrity.

9. What kind of shirts do you use?

We print on the Gildan 64000 Softstyle a soft, semi-fitted, ring-spun cotton tee perfect for comfort and quality.
